Raatteen koulu Guesthouse

At Raatteen koulu, you can stay in a peaceful and tranquil setting in the heart of the legendary Winter War battle sites. The accommodation consists of 1–3 person rooms. There are also two shared kitchens and two shared toilets available for guests. In the yard, there is a grill hut (kota) freely available for guests to use. There is also a restaurant with a full alcohol license. Meals and breakfast are available on request for groups (minimum 5 persons).

Location:
Along Raatteentie Road, approximately 34 km east of Suomussalmi town center.
Directions: From Suomussalmi center, drive 2.5 km south on road E63 (Highway 5), then turn left onto road 912 for 2 km and continue left for 1.5 km. Next, turn right (Kuhmontie) and drive 15 km, then turn left onto road 9125 (Raatteentie Museum Road) for 12.5 km. The guesthouse is on the left side of the road.
