Piispanhiippa

Log cabin for 4+2 persons located on the shore of Lake Piispajärvi, on its own small peninsula. The cabin was built in 1990 and has a living area of 62 m².

The cabin is available for rent from June 1st to October 31st.

The combined living room and kitchen has a sofa bed, and the bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs there is a sofa bed, a double bed, and a small library. A spacious sauna is located in the same building. The cabin also features an open porch, a large partially covered terrace, and an outdoor toilet.

Pets are allowed at no extra charge.

The cabin is equipped with electric heating, a fireplace, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV and radio, gas grill, smoker, and a boat. Water for the sauna is carried from the lake. The owner provides household and drinking water. The sauna has a wood-burning stove.

The distance to the center of Suomussalmi is approximately 59 km. Hossa National Park is 40 km away. A shop, fuel station, electric vehicle charging point, and laundry facilities are located about 3 km from the cabin. The area offers excellent fishing waters and state-owned hunting grounds.
