Julma Ölkky Ay

Julma-Ölkky Ay is a family-run business led by Veli and Pasi Paasovaara. The company offers unforgettable experiences in the stunning scenery of Hossa National Park, right by the majestic Julma-Ölkky canyon lake.

During the summer season, Julma-Ölkky Ay organizes guided boat tours on the canyon lake every day. In addition, visitors can rent a canoe and explore the canyon independently. Canoe rental includes all necessary equipment and life jackets.

There is also a kiosk at Julma-Ölkky, where you can buy:

• tickets for boat tours

• coffee, tea, and soft drinks

• sweets, ice cream, and light snacks

• souvenirs such as t-shirts and magnets

• alcoholic beverages (licensed premises – bringing your own alcohol is not allowed)

Within the kiosk’s fenced outdoor area, there are tables, chairs, and a grill shelter, where visitors can, for example, grill sausages and enjoy their snacks in the peace of nature.
