Pakko Sanoa!

Pakko Sanoa! is a unique art festival held in the sparsely populated area of Upper Kainuu. The festival emphasizes site-specificity and offers high-quality performances addressing current themes. It brings together both local and national artists, featuring a diverse program of theater, music, and other art forms.
