Värikallion kaarros trail

Hossa National Park is home to the northernmost Stone Age rock paintings in Finland. The age of the paintings is estimated at 3500-4500 years. Värikallion kaarros leads to Lake Somerjärvi, where a footbridge and viewing platform have been built. You can view the rock paintings from just a few metres away. The trail is medium to demanding and is marked in nature with yellow paint markers.
